GIST Information Support & Therapy Summit

Dr. Neeta Somaiah and Dr. Jonathan Trent, in partnership with GIST Support International (GSI) and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, were delighted to host the Eleventh GIST Summit on Saturday, September 21, at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
This free-of-charge Summit was sponsored through educational grants from a variety of pharmaceutical companies that offer therapeutic treatments for GIST patients. The program included numerous presentations on the current state of GIST as well as future treatments and conversations with the experts.
Our previous GIST Summits have been great successes and very popular, and this year’s program was exciting as ever. Where else can you discuss GIST issues with the experts and ask questions you always wanted to ask? GSI hopes you will take a look at the videos below to hear what was said this year, and another year join us to hear in person these relevant and informative talks, catch up on the latest science, and most importantly get the chance to meet and share experiences with other GIST patients and caregivers.
We are looking forward to seeing you at GSI’s 12th GIST Summit on October 24th 2020!
